I’m Erica Bouldin, it is with great joy and reverence that I serve as the Business Manager of our cherished TBTST. With a passion for organization, logistics, and ensuring the seamless operation of our sacred space, I am committed to contributing to the vibrancy of our community.

I believe in the power of a strong community, and my role extends beyond the operational aspects. By collaborating with staff, clergy, and congregants, I aim to foster an atmosphere of warmth and efficiency, ensuring that our temple be the foremost Conservative congregation in Broward County.

My work is guided by the principles of tzedakah, integrity, and community. I find inspiration in the teachings of our tradition and strive to incorporate these values into the daily operations of TBTST.
